The late, great Greg Giraldo was a talented stand-up
comedian with keen insights on the human condition.
Makes sense in a way, he was a lawyer before he became
a comedian, a bit of overlap here.
He was also profane as hell.
I’ve wanted to post more of his material but there isn’t
a lot of it on the internet that is tame enough for my liking.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m no priest, and I swear like a sailor
but I try to keep posts as uncontroversial as possible, for all
sorts of folks and the occasional house pet or two.
It’s always good to know your audience, I accept and
welcome any and all feedback and I’ve been told that my
posting is a draw precisely because it is somewhat mellow
and “not too indecent”.
Not sure what that means, but I’ll take it as a positive.
Having said that, Greg pushes it a little here, some adult
material, with a noted lack of profanity though, if there are
any “Holier than Thou” types in the immediate area you may
want to warn them that their lives are about to be altered in
ways that may never be fully explained.
Or, you could just explain to them that this is your house and
to sit down and shut the hell up.
Seriously, if you think THIS is bad I would highly recommend
that you DON’T watch any of his Roasts, even I cringed at some
of that material.
This is pretty funny, albeit a bit twisted…
