Comedy 101 Radio 6.4.20

I played a lot of familiar names this week.
At least I’d like to think so.
This is one of the last of its kind, radio shows
that play comedy are few and very far between.
Especially the ones that play the three essential
comedic food groups, stand-up, sketch and
musical comedy.
At one time radio ruled the airwaves.
Not so much anymore.
I went with a relationship block, and I threw in
a rather dark carnivorous one towards the end.
It got silly, but that’s the goal isn’t it?
John Mulaney makes a valid point.
Tony Goldmark with a grand oration.
Lily explains why Ma Bell was to be feared.
Tom and Dick with a superb example of why
they are legends.
Mr. Atkinson with one of the best comedy sketches
ever performed by a single person.
David Crowe with one of the greatest lines ever
written about hunting.
The Amoeba People are awesome, simply stated.
Superlatives from McLean, Madigan, and Monty Python.
Well “I” enjoyed it anyway.
