My mother had that same mindset, and it never made
any sense to me at all.
“She’d say “Make sure you’ve got clean undies on, you
don’t want to get into an accident and the paremedics
see you with dirty underwear!”
First off, if I get into an accident the FIRST thing in my
car that gets dirty will be my underwear.
Secondly, is that your only real concern here, If I’ve been
in a nasty car accident wouldn’t my health be more of an
issue?!
